IT Helpdesk Support Representative

A full-time onsite helpdesk role in Surulere, Lagos, with a technology and professional services organisation. The position suits a customer-focused technical support professional who enjoys solving software problems, guiding people through fixes, and keeping clear records. What you'll do

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex cases when needed
• Guide customers through technical solutions and build strong knowledge of software applications
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately
• Follow up on existing cases while handling new support requests
• Work with internal teams to spot recurring issues and suggest improvements

What you need

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or technical support role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Azure, and Zendesk
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills
• Must live in Surulere or close by
