Technical Support Engineer (Hybrid)

A full-time technical support role in Lagos with a hybrid working arrangement, suited to someone who enjoys solving software problems and helping people get the most from digital tools. The role works closely with product, engineering and customer success colleagues to keep services running smoothly and to turn customer feedback into lasting improvements. What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for technical support, offering prompt and friendly help
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software issues, escalating complex cases and keeping customers informed
• Spot recurring technical problems and recommend improvements to prevent them
• Work with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and report bugs
• Document solutions clearly to build a knowledge base and help customers resolve issues independently

What you need

• At least 2 years of technical support experience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, payments or banking
• Familiarity with Node.js, JavaScript, Python or GoLang
• Working knowledge of MySQL or Oracle databases
• Understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Git, Slack and Zendesk
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
