Junior Azure Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer

This remote role suits an early-career engineer who wants to build hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure. It supports a health information platform hosted on Azure, working day to day alongside an experienced DevOps team. What you'll do

• Support configuration and maintenance of Azure cloud environments
• Assist with development, staging and production infrastructure
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Help manage Azure identity, access and network security settings
• Monitor infrastructure performance and assist with troubleshooting
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and configuration records

What you need

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure and core cloud concepts
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as VNets, subnets and security groups
• Basic knowledge of Azure IAM and role-based access control
• Familiarity with Linux, Git and basic scripting
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to read logs and interpret alerts; 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
