Partnerships & Grants Officer

This hybrid role in Ikeja, Lagos, supports a mission-driven organisation that relies on grants, sponsorships and donor relationships to keep its programmes running. The officer helps develop and manage funding partnerships, makes sure commitments are carried out properly, and communicates clearly with funders. It suits someone with a few years of experience in grants, fundraising or partnerships who enjoys careful writing, detailed reporting and building long-term relationships. What you'll do

• Support the development and management of grants, sponsorships and partnerships
• Oversee the execution of funded commitments and donor requirements
• Prepare reports for donors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain clear communication and relationships with donors and partners
• Research potential funding opportunities aligned with the organisation's programmes

What you need

• 2–3 years of experience in grants, partnerships, fundraising or a related role
• Familiarity with nonprofit funding cycles and donor compliance
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Alignment with the organisation's mission and commitment to gender equity in tech
