People Business Partner (Remote - EMEA)

A fully remote People Business Partner role with a fast-growing software company, working across EMEA. The position suits an experienced HR professional who enjoys acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, particularly in data and product teams. You will combine strategic people advice with hands-on coaching on performance, employee relations and workforce matters across several countries. The organisation runs a distributed people team and values practical use of AI tools in everyday HR work. Ideal for someone comfortable challenging leaders constructively in a fast-moving, remote environment.

What you'll do

• Act as strategic people partner to a portfolio of leaders and the go-to HR partnering expert for EMEA
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, talent reviews and change communications
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations and exits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
• Drive people processes such as performance and promotion cycles and engagement surveys
• Partner with centres of excellence to design people initiatives that fit business needs
• Build and share practical ways of using AI tools in HR work

What you need

• 5+ years as an HR business partner or people business partner, working autonomously in a global team
• Proven experience advising leaders on performance, employee relations and exits in several EMEA countries
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and confidence to challenge and advise
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and across time zones when needed
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote setting
• Regular day-to-day use of AI tools; GTM experience is an asset
