People Technology Analyst - Workday (Remote, US)

A fully remote, asynchronous software company with a large, fast-growing workforce is looking for a People Technology Analyst to support its HR systems. The role sits within a team that runs core people platforms, integrations, reporting and compliance tooling. It suits someone who enjoys keeping HR technology running smoothly, troubleshooting issues, and working carefully with confidential information. The post is open to candidates based in the United States and suits self-motivated people comfortable working independently across a distributed team.

What you'll do

• Own recurring HR system processes, monitor system health and resolve issues quickly
• Configure, test and deploy day-to-day, quarterly and annual changes, including support for platform upgrades
• Write and run test cases and maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, reports and integrations
• Administer system security roles and run regular system and security audits
• Prepare and maintain SOX IT general controls audit evidence and internal controls documentation
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards and analyse process data to recommend improvements

What you need

• Hands-on HR technology experience, including exposure to Workday configuration, testing or system support
• Exposure to public company procedures such as SOX ITGC controls and change management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with clear documentation habits
• Regular use of AI tools in daily work to automate tasks and speed up analysis
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently in a remote, async setting
• Must be based in the United States
