Performance & Closed Loop Specialist (3-Month Contract, Remote - Egypt)

Arabic language proficiency required. A company running a customer experience and operations improvement program is hiring a performance specialist on a three-month engagement. The role turns customer feedback and operational data into prioritized improvement work with measurable results. It also supports regulatory compliance reporting and the expansion of the company's measurement framework into marketing and commercial indicators.

What you'll do

• Convert customer and operational data into ranked improvement initiatives with clear, measurable targets.
• Manage compliance activities tied to DGE requirements, including gathering and organizing evidence.
• Help extend the experience measurement framework beyond traditional customer metrics into marketing and commercial performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement cycles and track accountability for agreed actions.
• Perform root-cause analysis and build performance reporting for stakeholders.

What you need

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer (VoC), Service Quality, Operational Excellence, Customer Insights, or Performance Management.
• Strong Arabic language skills, with the ability to work with Arabic-language customer feedback and stakeholders.
• Solid background in analytics, root-cause analysis, customer feedback programs, governance, and continuous improvement methods.
• Hands-on experience with DGE compliance activities and evidence management.
• Experience in large enterprise or government-related environments is preferred.
