Product Expert (Remote - Americas and EMEA)

Candidates need to work hours that overlap meaningfully with customers and teammates in their region. A remote-first, Series C software company builds infrastructure that helps mobile app businesses set up, run and grow subscription and in-app purchase revenue. The team serves everyone from solo developers to large app teams and works across 25+ countries. This role sits between inbound sales, product education and developer onboarding, and is the first point of contact for people exploring the platform.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound interest and run discovery conversations to understand the app, the team behind it, and what they are trying to achieve.
• Give clear product demos and answer questions about SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, paywalls and what getting started involves.
• Guide straightforward adoption yourself: share resources, walk people through next steps, and follow up until they make progress.
• Decide when to bring in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support or another team, and say plainly when the product is not a good fit.
• Write clear handoff notes covering goals, requirements, open questions and next steps so customers never have to repeat themselves.
• Feed recurring questions and feedback back to the team and help build better demos, guides and playbooks.

What you need

• Hands-on, demonstrable knowledge of the product, gained through work or personal projects such as a shipped app.
• Comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions and paywalls at a practical level, and able to recognise when an engineer is needed.
• Clear, friendly written and spoken English, with the ability to explain the same idea to a developer, founder or growth lead.
• Strong ownership: able to manage several conversations at once and keep commitments and notes organised.
• Able to work remotely from the Americas or EMEA with proactive communication and strong time-zone overlap with your region.
