Product Manager

A product role focused on the systems that keep loans running after they close, including servicing, payments and money movement, valuations, and vendor integrations. It suits a product manager who enjoys owning several products at once, working closely with engineers and operations teams, and using data and sensible automation to remove manual work. The organisation is a fintech lender serving real estate investors in the United States. The role is fully remote, and the ideal candidate is independent, detail-minded, and comfortable balancing new initiatives with operational reliability.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap and backlog for post-close loan systems, balancing new initiatives with production support
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from concept through design, development, launch, and measurement
• Partner with Treasury and engineering on payment, ACH, wire, and account verification integrations
• Work with vendors on appraisal, inspection, insurance, and servicing data feeds
• Triage production issues, identify root causes, and turn recurring manual workarounds into product improvements
• Identify where automation or AI can reduce manual operational work, and define success metrics

What you need

• 2 to 4 years of product management or related experience, including multiple release cycles
• Good understanding of lending, real estate, and industry dynamics; servicing or payments experience a strong plus
• Comfortable working with engineers on integrations, data models, and APIs, and able to analyse data
• Solid grasp of foundational AI concepts and sound judgement on when to use them
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including with non-technical teams
• Able to work independently on most day-to-day responsibilities
