- Use user research and instrumentation to understand member needs and decide which patient cohorts to serve first
- Work closely with the head of AI and partner with marketing, product, engineering, clinical, operations, legal and security teams
- Build external pitch materials, positioning and go-to-market assets, and represent the company to senior payer, provider and partner stakeholders
- Own paid acquisition experiments, including campaign design, spend optimization and feedback loops from conversion data into product decisions
- Document repeatable playbooks so successful programs can be scaled
What you need
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, growth or business building roles
- A track record of building initiatives from scratch in cross-functional settings, from concept through launch and scale
- Experience launching or growing a consumer-facing product, ideally with paid acquisition
- Experience working in technology-forward or AI-enabled environments and evaluating or operationalizing emerging tools and vendors
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort working where direction and constraints are still undefined
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for executive, clinical and external audiences
- Must be located in the United States
Applicants must be based in: United States.
