Project Officer

A full-time onsite project role based in Anthony, Lagos, with a firm that designs and delivers interior decor, landscaping, green walls, artificial plants and decor solutions for homes and businesses. The post suits someone with two to four years of experience managing interior, construction, decor or events projects, who enjoys keeping clients informed, coordinating several teams and seeing a project through from brief to finished installation. The role involves regular travel for site visits across Lagos State, and a Monday to Saturday working week.

What you'll do

• Manage decor projects from the initial client brief through to final installation
• Coordinate design, sourcing and installation teams
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and keep delivery on schedule
• Prepare project budgets, schedules and progress reports
• Monitor quality and ensure projects are executed successfully

What you need

• BSc or HND in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
• 2 to 4 years' experience managing decor, interior, construction or events projects
• Strong coordination, communication and client management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in project planning tools and MS Office
• Lives in Lagos and available for site visits across the state, Monday to Saturday
