Project Manager (Healthcare Projects)

A full-time onsite role in Ikeja, Lagos, with a company that builds and services healthcare infrastructure and technical systems. The post is for an experienced project manager who will guide projects from early mobilisation through to completion and handover. It suits someone who enjoys hands-on coordination of people, materials and timelines, and who can stay calm and make sound decisions when plans shift. Experience with engineering, construction or hospital projects is valued, and familiarity with medical gas, MEP or medical equipment work would be a real advantage.

What you'll do

• Manage projects from mobilisation through installation, commissioning and final handover
• Develop project schedules and keep teams working towards agreed milestones
• Coordinate engineers, project officers, installers, technicians, suppliers and subcontractors
• Track progress, costs, materials and resources
• Work with procurement and logistics so materials arrive when needed
• Identify delays and risks early and take corrective action

What you need

• Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
• Proven experience managing technical, engineering, construction or healthcare projects
• Experience working with engineers, technicians, contractors and clients
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and make sound decisions
• Experience with MGPS, MEP, medical equipment or hospital infrastructure is an advantage
