Project Officer (Mechanical Engineering)

This full-time onsite role in Ikeja, Lagos, supports the planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical engineering projects. It suits an organised, detail-minded professional who enjoys keeping multiple workstreams on track, working with engineers, technicians and suppliers, and communicating clearly with different stakeholders. What you'll do

• Support project planning, scheduling and execution
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors and vendors
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and budgets
• Prepare project documentation, reports and progress updates
• Support procurement and logistics for materials and equipment
• Take part in site visits, inspections and project meetings

What you need

• 2–5 years' experience in project coordination or engineering project management
• Experience in mechanical engineering, construction, manufacturing or technical services is an advantage
• Knowledge of scheduling, technical documentation, reporting and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
