Senior Strategic Delivery Coordinator, Digital Forensics & Threat Intelligence (Remote - US only)
A cybersecurity services company that helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents is hiring a senior delivery coordinator for its digital forensics, incident response and threat intelligence practice. You will manage complex client engagements from start to finish, act as the main escalation point during active incidents, and help improve how the practice delivers its work. The role reports into delivery management and practice leadership and includes mentoring junior coordinators.
What you'll do
- Lead high-visibility forensic and threat intelligence engagements from scoping through closure, coordinating staffing, deliverables, timelines and client communication.
- Act as the primary escalation contact for critical and active incident response events, coordinating across technical teams, practice leaders and account executives.
- Identify engagement risks, scope changes and delivery blockers early, and escalate with recommended next steps.
- Review engagement deliverables before they reach clients so they suit both technical and executive audiences; track hours and budget against plan.
- Build and lead repeatable delivery processes, playbooks, templates and metrics that improve quality and capacity planning across the practice.
What you need
- 3 to 5+ years of project, delivery or engagement management experience in a cybersecurity consulting or managed services setting.
- At least 2 years supporting digital forensics and incident response and/or threat intelligence operations.
- Proven record of managing multiple concurrent client engagements end-to-end.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder communication skills at both technical and executive levels.
- Working knowledge of DFIR and threat intelligence methods and tools; certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CISSP, CISM or SANS GIAC are a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently; must be based in the United States.
Applicants must be based in: United States.
