Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator (Remote, South Africa)

Candidates must be based in South Africa and work U.S. business hours. A recruitment firm is hiring on behalf of a client that runs a high-volume real estate investment pipeline. The role combines deal analysis with transaction coordination, keeping deals organized from first lead through closing. You will work with buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies while reporting into internal leadership on deal status and risks.

What you'll do

• Review property information and deal structures, and analyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions.
• Prepare deal summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Track active deals through each stage, monitoring deadlines, milestones and follow-ups, and flag bottlenecks early.
• Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, agents, title companies and internal teams, and schedule calls and meetings.
• Keep CRM records, deal statuses, reports and deal files accurate and current.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend changes that speed up transactions.

What you need

• Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several active deals at once.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology is a strong plus.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for 30+ hours per week during U.S. business hours.
• Able to work independently in a remote setup, and must be based in South Africa.
