Recruitment Associate

This fully remote role supports talent acquisition across several countries for a mission-driven nonprofit working to end childhood lead poisoning across more than 40 countries. The post suits someone with one to five years of recruitment or HR experience who enjoys sourcing, organising interviews and keeping clear candidate records. Candidates should be based within the UTC to UTC+3 time zone range. The contract is 12 months fixed-term with potential to extend or become permanent. Applicants will need a right to work without visa sponsorship.

What you'll do

• Draft job descriptions, post vacancies, source candidates and screen applications
• Coordinate interviews and manage day-to-day candidate communication
• Proactively source for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search and referrals
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and track recruitment metrics

What you need

• One to five years of professional experience
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
• Confidence using Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems
• Right to work without visa sponsorship
