Recruitment Officer / HR Advisor (Hybrid)

A full-time hybrid role combining recruitment and general HR support for clients across a range of industries. The post is based in Abuja or Lagos, with a mix of onsite and remote working. It suits a organised, people-focused HR or business graduate with one to two years of recruitment or HR experience who enjoys finding talent, building candidate networks and working to targets. The organisation is a recruitment and HR services business in Nigeria.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews and placement
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a database of qualified candidates
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and share recruitment updates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and placements
• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, HR policies and general HR matters
• Prepare recruitment reports, keep accurate records and support other HR assignments

What you need

• BSc or HND in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience
• Strong communication, organisational and candidate-sourcing skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet targets and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• HR certification is an advantage
