Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

A full-time sales and customer care role at a pet café in Ikate, Lekki, Lagos, where customers come in for pet products, grooming and boarding. The role suits a friendly, organised people person who enjoys helping pet owners and building lasting customer relationships. Candidates with some retail or customer service background, and an interest in animals, will find it a good fit for day-to-day work that blends sales, bookings and record keeping.

What you'll do

• Handle walk-in, phone and messaging enquiries from customers
• Recommend and sell suitable pet products and services
• Process payments and keep accurate sales records
• Manage grooming and boarding bookings
• Follow up with customers and send treatment reminders
• Support stock management and gather customer feedback

What you need

• 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable handling dogs, cats and other pets
• Proficiency in POS systems, Google Sheets or Excel
• OND, HND or B.Sc. qualification
• Lives in or near Lekki/Ajah
