Sales & Patient Coordinator (Remote - Philippines or South Africa)

A remote sales and patient coordination position supporting an aesthetics clinic. You will handle inbound enquiries and reactivate past clients, turning conversations into booked appointments. The role suits someone who enjoys phone conversations, works well independently, and is driven by targets and a full appointment schedule.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to new patient enquiries and convert them into booked appointments
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to leads until they book or clearly opt out
• Reactivate existing clients to fill the appointment calendar
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups and outcomes in the clinic's electronic medical record system
• Guide prospective patients professionally and warmly through the booking process
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline and report on results against targets

What you need

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, lead follow-up, or patient coordination; medical or aesthetics background strongly preferred
• Confident, warm phone manner and strong written and verbal communication in English
• Highly organised, able to manage many leads and follow-ups at once
• Self-directed, proactive, and reliable during agreed working hours
• Experience with an electronic medical record system is a plus; training on the clinic's system is expected
• Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa to apply
