Sales Operations Analyst

A remote-first role supporting the day-to-day running of a sales team at a technology-driven lending and real estate finance business. The position blends hands-on rep support, data quality, routine operations and process automation. It suits a detail-minded operator who enjoys working in data-rich systems, likes solving practical problems for colleagues, and wants to build skills across both the operational and system-configuration sides of Salesforce.

What you'll do

• Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce and console user questions from the sales team
• Run daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks such as lead and account assignment, data updates and report building
• Identify manual processes and automate or streamline them
• Log production bugs and feature feedback and escalate as needed
• Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and recurring tasks
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking pipeline health and data quality

What you need

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales operations role
• Experience using Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects
