Search Engine Specialist (SEO / GEO / AEO)

This is a full-time, fully remote role for a search specialist who will grow organic visibility across a company's digital assets. The role goes beyond traditional search optimisation into generative and answer engine optimisation, helping content appear in AI-driven search results and direct answers. It suits an experienced SEO professional who enjoys combining analytics, technical problem-solving and content strategy, and who is comfortable working with developers and tracking performance over time. Open to candidates in Nigeria and other eligible countries worldwide.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out SEO strategies to increase organic traffic across digital assets
• Conduct keyword research and optimise site structure, meta tags and on-page content
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve performance and crawling issues
• Run quality backlink outreach and monitor rankings using analytics tools

What you need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Console
• Experience with SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Expertise in on-page, technical and link-building SEO
