A performance marketing agency that works with clients in regulated and high-stakes industries is hiring a senior creative to produce paid social ads. You will turn strategy, research and loose briefs into static ads and short-form motion content, working closely with a Creative Strategist. The agency is small, deadline-driven and values fast, polished output.
What you'll do
- Turn research, hooks and creative briefs into visual concepts, storyboards and finished static and video assets
- Design static ad creative and edit short-form video and motion graphics for paid social channels
- Apply brand guidelines of varying depth, from a one-page guide to a full brand system, while keeping work on-brand
- Produce creative that anticipates compliance and legal review to reduce revision rounds
- Select, crop and edit raw photo and video footage from shoots into finished assets without on-set direction
- Keep a high volume of ad variations consistent across formats and platforms while owning turnaround time
What you need
- 5+ years in a hands-on creative production role (e.g., Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer) with paid social experience
- Strong portfolio covering both static design and video/motion editing, ideally for paid social
- Expert in Figma (or similar) and strong in After Effects (or similar); working knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator
- Knowledge of creative specs and best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other paid social platforms
- Understanding of performance ad fundamentals such as hooks, pacing, hierarchy and CTAs
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, legal or similar) is a strong plus; comfort working in matrixed teams with layered approvals
