Senior Data Scientist - Pricing & Revenue Growth Management (Remote - Latin America)

A remote-first data products and machine learning consultancy is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for a client engagement with a large multinational beverage company. The work centers on pricing and revenue growth management, using machine learning, statistics and econometrics to understand how price, volume, promotions and channels affect demand. The team is collaborative and places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and ownership.

What you'll do

• Design, build and refine pricing and revenue growth management models that support commercial decisions.
• Build and validate price elasticity models, including own-price and cross-price effects.
• Develop forecasting, time series and optimization models, and run pricing scenarios and simulations.
• Design experiments, backtests and sensitivity analyses to check model reliability and stability over time.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Work with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to move solutions into scalable environments.

What you need

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in pricing, RGM, demand modeling, forecasting or optimization.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills.
• Strong grounding in applied statistics, econometrics, regression with regularization, and supervised machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark/PySpark and MLflow.
• Experience with sales datasets covering pricing, volume, products, channels, geographies and time.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain results to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Latin America to apply.
