Senior Fullstack Engineer (Remote - Germany only)

A product engineering team at a software company building AI-driven voice and business communication tools is hiring a senior fullstack engineer. You will take ownership of customer-facing features from early discovery through production, and you will have a real voice in the product roadmap because the team works closely with its users. The role suits someone who enjoys both building and learning directly from customers.

What you'll do

• Move features from concept and prototype through implementation, deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Build and evolve the platform using TypeScript, React, Node.js and NestJS.
• Talk with customers through support, feedback sessions and user testing to understand what they need.
• Split larger opportunities into focused releases that deliver customer value, then refine them using feedback and metrics.
• Help set feature priorities and roadmap decisions for AI-powered voice services.
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing applications while considering relevant European data protection and AI regulations.

What you need

• At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience building and delivering SaaS products.
• Solid hands-on experience across frontend and backend, including shipping end-to-end web features.
• Production experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js; NestJS experience is a plus.
• Experience running customer-facing product discovery, rapid experiments and metric-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and business teams.
• Native German and fluent English. You must live and work from Germany.
• Experience with LLM integrations, AI services or fast-moving startups is a useful plus.

Applicants must be based in: Germany.
