Senior HR Consultant

A senior role in a people-focused advisory firm based in Lagos, serving multinational and large corporate clients. The position centres on leading strategic HR engagements, advising senior leaders on people and organisational change, and growing client relationships. It suits experienced HR consultants with a long track record in human capital advisory or organisational transformation, who are comfortable leading projects and mentoring consulting teams. This is an onsite role in Lagos.

What you'll do

• Lead HR strategy, organisational design, workforce planning and talent management engagements
• Advise senior executives on HR transformation, performance management and organisational effectiveness
• Manage complex client projects and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development
• Lead and mentor consulting teams

What you need

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, human capital advisory or organisational transformation
• Demonstrable experience with multinational or large corporate clients
• Strong expertise in strategic HR, organisational development and change management
• Previous experience with a Big Four firm is highly desirable
• Strong consulting, project leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills
• CIPM, CIPD or SHRM qualification is an advantage
