Software Engineer (Lending Platform, Remote)

A remote software engineering role on a lending technology team, building systems that support the full loan lifecycle, from origination and funding through servicing and sale, for consumer and commercial lending. What you'll do

• Design, develop and deliver scalable software modules and components
• Build backend systems using technologies such as C#, Python, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and DocumentDB
• Work with cloud and container infrastructure including AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement, test and iterate on solutions with a focus on maintainability
• Take part in code reviews and give constructive feedback to peers
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on technical approaches

What you need

• 4+ years developing enterprise systems in modern object-oriented languages, including 2+ years of C# or Python
• 2+ years of SQL experience, ideally PostgreSQL or SQL Server
• Experience with AI-assisted code generation tools
• Experience with database persistence frameworks such as NHibernate or Entity Framework
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design and cloud architecture, preferably AWS
