Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Associate, Engagement & Upgrades

A remote-first financial wellness company focused on helping people start investing and build savings. This senior marketing role suits a creative, data-minded lifecycle marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end to end, testing ideas, and working across creative, analytics and product teams. It is a good fit for someone comfortable with autonomy, regulated fintech standards and using modern tools to make customer communications more personal and effective.

What you'll do

• Support lifecycle strategy and roadmap for customer acquisition and reacquisition across multiple products
• Build and launch personalised, automated campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS
• Own campaign setup, audience segmentation, channel sequencing and launch
• Design and run A/B tests, then analyse results and recommend next steps
• Partner with creative, analytics and product teams to bring programmes to market
• Own campaign quality and governance, including compliance with internal review processes

What you need

• Experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing
• Hands-on experience with a lifecycle platform such as Braze
• Comfortable working with HTML to personalise and QA communications
• Strong analytical skills and experimentation mindset
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and marketing compliance in a regulated environment
• Interest in using AI tools to improve campaign workflows
