Technical Account Manager (Remote - LATAM)

This is a full-time remote role with a enterprise software company that provides a process orchestration platform for coordinating software, people and AI agents across business workflows. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of large strategic customers, helping them move from initial rollout to reliable, scaled use of the platform. The company is growing quickly and runs a fully remote, global team.

What you'll do

• Act as the main technical contact and advisor for assigned enterprise accounts through each stage of their platform adoption
• Build and run tailored technical adoption plans aimed at measurable business results
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and best practices to both business and engineering stakeholders, from onboarding through day-to-day operations
• Run platform and solution health checks, spot execution risks early, and manage escalations
• Work closely with customer success, consulting, support, product, engineering, sales and pre-sales colleagues to deliver customer outcomes
• Travel to customer sites for key milestones as needed, up to around 50% of time during busy periods

What you need

• At least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager or in a directly comparable customer-facing technical role in enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with a high-level programming language such as Java, C# or Python, plus relevant enterprise frameworks
• Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps practices, especially Kubernetes
• Proven ability to build trust with both technical and business audiences and explain complex issues clearly
• Based in Latin America and willing to travel to client sites as account needs require (up to 50% during busy periods)
