Customer Success Architect (Remote - Worldwide)

What you'll do

• Advise customers in a technical consulting role, giving solution and architecture guidance on software delivery and security practices
• Define measurable business outcomes with customers that lead to adoption, renewal, and expansion
• Work with account executives, solutions architects, and renewals managers to deliver subject-matter expertise tailored to each customer's objectives
• Design and deliver customer workshops, demos, and enablement programs tailored to individual organizations
• Build and maintain deep expertise in one or more technical areas through training, certification, and reusable working examples
• Relay customer needs to product, engineering, and other internal teams to help shape solutions

What you need

• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tooling or closely related technical tools
• Technical background in software development or systems engineering
• Ability to explain complex technical and organizational problems clearly, both in writing and in presentations
• Proven record of becoming a trusted advisor to technical and business leaders, ideally in large enterprise accounts
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle several teams at once
• Willingness to travel when needed, in line with company travel policy
