Senior Customer Success Architect (Remote, Germany and Austria)

A fast-growing software company that provides a single platform for building, securing and operating software is hiring a senior post-sales technical advisor for its customer success team. You will work with a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who connects technical best practices with the customer's business goals. The role suits someone who enjoys combining hands-on product knowledge with consultative account leadership, and who can communicate confidently in German with customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Turn the outcomes agreed during the pre-sales phase into concrete, measurable objectives for each customer
• Build and maintain customer success plans with clear goals and KPIs, and help customers reach them
• Guide customers on best practices, common use cases and the next steps in their adoption journey
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions, issues and escalations, coordinating with support, product and engineering teams
• Stay current on product releases and advise customers on how new features apply to their environment
• Recommend suitable training and onboarding activities

What you need

• Fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines and the software development lifecycle, including DevSecOps practices
• Proven track record in customer success, post-sales or professional services, with measurable gains in adoption, retention or satisfaction
• Experience working with enterprise customers to define and deliver business outcomes
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally in line with company policy
• Must be located in Germany or Austria
