Technical Recruiter (R&D)

This remote role is for a technical recruiter who will help build engineering and product teams at a software company focused on DevSecOps tooling. The recruiter owns full-cycle searches from intake through to offer, working closely with engineering, product, security and design leaders. It suits an intermediate-level recruiter who enjoys running searches independently, learns quickly about technical disciplines, and values structured, data-informed and inclusive hiring. Strong organisation across several open roles and clear communication across time zones are important in this position.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle searches for backend, frontend, site reliability, security and data engineers, engineering managers and product managers
• Lead intake and kickoff meetings to agree role scope, interview plans and timelines
• Partner with hiring teams on structured, fair technical interviews
• Use market research, compensation benchmarks and funnel data to shape search strategy
• Assess technical candidates on experience, impact, problem-solving and open source contributions
• Build diversity-focused sourcing plans across applicants, passive talent, referrals and technical communities

What you need

• Intermediate recruiting experience, with a record of owning full-cycle searches independently
• Technical recruiting experience, or strong interest in learning engineering and product disciplines
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience building diversity-focused sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong organisation across multiple requisitions and clear communication across time zones
• Experience with applicant tracking and sourcing tools; DevSecOps, developer tools or open source recruiting experience is an advantage
