Technical Relationship Manager (Remote - EMEA)

Full professional German is required. Occasional travel to customer sites (about 1-2 visits per quarter). This is a customer-facing technical advisory role at a digital employee experience software company focused on endpoint management and IT operations automation. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them from solution design and onboarding through adoption, expansion and optimization. You will typically manage a portfolio of 12-15 strategic accounts and report to a senior director of customer solutions and services.

What you'll do

• Run consultative discovery sessions to understand customer IT operations challenges and translate them into practical deployment and adoption plans.
• Design, configure and implement solutions for enterprise environments, and advise on performance tuning and best practices.
• Deliver workshops and coaching that help customers adopt automation and AI-driven capabilities, with attention to governance and human oversight.
• Work with customer success teams to protect account health and drive renewal and expansion.
• Create technical collateral such as deployment architectures, best-practice guides and solution documentation.
• Support sales and presales on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

What you need

• Enterprise IT consulting experience with a solid technical base in endpoint and desktop management, VDI or application virtualization (e.g., Citrix, Omnissa, Azure Virtual Desktop) and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Background as a desktop engineer, cloud engineer or end-user computing specialist, with proven delivery in large enterprise environments.
• PowerShell scripting skills and experience working with APIs to automate or integrate systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical risks and options to both engineers and executives.
• Comfortable using AI assistants and coding tools in daily work, and able to validate their output before it reaches a customer environment.
• Full professional proficiency in German.
