Senior Customer Success Executive (Remote - US only)

A large enterprise software company is hiring a senior executive-level customer success advisor to manage the post-sale relationship with its largest and most strategically important accounts. The role acts as a trusted adviser to C-suite stakeholders, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through structured value delivery. The position combines consulting, program oversight, and relationship leadership across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.

What you'll do

• Lead high-complexity transformation programs for a small set of strategic enterprise customers, providing governance oversight and ensuring delivery teams stay aligned with customer objectives.
• Build executive-ready narratives with internal customer success managers using shared account insights, and advise senior leaders on industry trends and best practices.
• Identify risks to customer adoption and revenue early, and lead escalation resolution and renewal or expansion planning alongside sales teams.
• Spot professional services and expansion opportunities through roadmap reviews, value blueprints, and adoption analysis, supporting pre-sales discussions as needed.
• Help customers design project and program governance models, and monitor adherence to contractual service levels, taking action when they are missed.
• Standardize delivery methodology and mentor other customer success staff on transformation practices.

What you need

• 15+ years in client-facing roles in account management, consulting, or transformation leadership, with executive-level stakeholder experience.
• Proven record of translating corporate strategy into technology-enabled outcomes for senior IT and business leaders.
• Hands-on experience with a major enterprise IT workflow platform, plus project management experience (PMP preferred).
• Consulting background in areas such as IT strategy, IT operations, IT governance, portfolio and program management, or IT service management.
• Strong skills in problem diagnosis, facilitating executive decisions, managing client expectations, and leading teams.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making, with the ability to explain responsible AI adoption.
• Must be based in the United States.
