Senior Solution Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation (Remote - Worldwide)

Pay: Published range is for total target cash (base salary plus 100% variable target where applicable). US range shown: $171,100 - $275,800 per year. Other regions have their own ranges; the employer provides a personalised breakdown after the first interview. Fully distributed team; hiring in many countries through a global employer partner where the company has no local entity. This is a senior architecture and delivery role inside an enterprise software company that sells an orchestration platform for coordinating AI agents, people and systems in business processes. The company's internal automation team uses its own product to run Finance, Support and Go-to-Market operations. You will own automation initiatives from first discovery workshop through production go-live and measured business value. The company is an AI-first organisation and sits on a long-term growth path.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of internal automation use cases, covering both business outcomes and technical execution.
• Run discovery workshops with process owners to map the current state, design the target process, and decide where agents, business rules or people handle each step.
• Convert target processes into engineering-ready epics with scenarios, acceptance criteria and delivery increments.
• Design solutions within an existing reference architecture and propose new patterns based on delivery lessons.
• Lead technical delivery with engineers, managing increments, dependencies, risks and decisions with sponsors.
• Define and track value per initiative and increment, and feed learnings back into architecture, delivery method and product.

What you need

• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical/process consulting, with an engineering background in Java, JavaScript or a similar language, and substantial hands-on time delivering for business or customers.
• Proven record of leading process orchestration initiatives from discovery through production, not only designing them.
• Strong business analysis skills: runs discovery and redesign workshops, models processes in BPMN, and turns outcomes into solid designs.
• Enterprise solution and data architecture experience, including integrations, APIs and cross-system data needs for processes and agents.
• AI-first mindset with experience designing and building enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Able to engage senior stakeholders confidently and drive decisions to closure.
