VIP Account Manager

This is a remote internship in client account management, open to applicants from anywhere in the world. The role centres on looking after important clients, responding to their requests and keeping their needs moving forward. It is a good fit for people who have some background in customer support, sales or another client-facing role, enjoy building good relationships, and can stay organised when juggling several priorities at once. Strong written and spoken English is essential, and Spanish is a welcome extra.

What you'll do

• Look after VIP or key client accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Manage client requests independently from start to finish
• Balance several priorities and keep work moving on time

What you need

• Previous experience in account management, customer support, sales or a similar client-facing role
• Upper intermediate English communication skills
• Spanish is a plus but not required
• Experience handling multiple priorities independently
