Account Manager

This part-time, fully remote role is for an Account Manager who will look after client relationships and support sales activity for a team hiring across the world. The work combines friendly client contact, following up with prospects and customers, and keeping records in order, so it suits someone who enjoys building trust and turning enquiries into lasting business. The organisation is looking for a self-motivated person who can manage several accounts at once, work well on their own, and stay committed to targets. What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Identify sales opportunities and support revenue growth
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Manage client accounts and keep accurate customer records
• Coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues

What you need

• Previous sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A proactive attitude and commitment to achieving targets
