i'llTip JobsAccount Executive
A senior, full-cycle B2B sales role with a fast-growing AI-powered video and content software company. The team sells to business and enterprise customers, including media organisations and enterprise marketing teams, and works in an AI-native go-to-market model supported by GTM engineering. It suits experienced SaaS sellers who enjoy prospecting their own pipeline, running complex enterprise deals, and shaping how a newer product reaches new markets. The role is remote within the US, with a preference for East Coast candidates, and includes occasional travel. Compensation combines base salary, equity and uncapped commission.
What you'll do
- Prospect into target accounts and generate a meaningful share of your own pipeline
- Run discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations and build business cases for users, champions and executive buyers
- Navigate buying groups, procurement and security reviews, and lead negotiations through to signature
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and balanced pipeline across smaller and enterprise deals
- Work with GTM engineering to test outbound strategies, messaging and pricing
- Partner with Customer Success on clean handoffs and durable account plans
What you need
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, owning the full sales cycle
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience closing six-figure enterprise contracts with long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Ability to close $20,000–$50,000 opportunities efficiently alongside larger deals
- Strong outbound prospecting and disciplined forecasting skills
- Experience in a startup or fast-changing environment; willingness to travel occasionally
