Accountant

An on-site full-time accounts role in Palmgrove, Lagos, supporting day-to-day financial administration for a local organisation. What you'll do

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices and receipts
• Assist with bank reconciliation and expense tracking
• Monitor income, expenditure and petty cash
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents

What you need

• OND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications
• Attention to detail and integrity
