What you'll do
- Manage daily bookkeeping and ledger entries
- Carry out multi-currency reconciliations
- Provide financial operational support
- Audit transaction records for accuracy
- Work during core EST overlap hours
What you need
- Mid-level bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience, including multi-currency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Reliable availability during 4 PM to 7 PM EST
- Around 20 hours per week
