Appointment Setter

A remote contract role for an appointment setter with a recruitment services organisation. The work centres on phone outreach: starting conversations with prospects, handling their questions and objections, and booking appointments. It suits someone with a couple of years of experience in phone-based sales or outreach who is confident on the phone, comfortable with a steady daily call volume, and keen to build a strong remote work record. Familiarity with CRM and dialling tools is an advantage.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospects and hold friendly, conversational sales discussions
• Handle objections and answer prospect questions with confidence
• Follow up consistently with prospects to keep them engaged
• Book appointments for the wider team
• Log prospect interactions and updates in the CRM

What you need

• At least 2 years of experience in phone-based sales, outreach or appointment setting
• Strong phone presence and conversational sales skills
• Confidence in handling objections and following up consistently
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls and interactions
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Close.io or similar CRM and dialling platforms is preferred
