Assistant Production Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate orders and track production schedules from start to finish
• Monitor materials and inventory and help resolve operational issues
• Work with designers, suppliers and production staff on product specifications
• Prepare production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Inspect products, identify defects and support corrective actions
• Help improve workflows and ensure deliveries meet agreed timelines and budgets

What you need

• Strong production and operations skills, including scheduling and basic inventory management
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Basic project and time management skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools
• Relevant experience in production, manufacturing or corporate gifting is an advantage
