Call Center Representative

A full-time customer care role based onsite in Abuja, suited to people who enjoy helping others by phone and online. What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries professionally
• Respond to messages across phone, messaging, website and social media channels
• Give accurate information on services, procedures, pricing and operating hours
• Handle appointment enquiries and guide clients to suitable services
• Record enquiries, complaints and requests and ensure proper follow-up
• Escalate medical, technical and unresolved enquiries to the right departments

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in call centre, customer service or a similar role
• Previous healthcare, hospital or diagnostic centre experience is an advantage
• Professionalism and confidentiality in client interactions
