Client Service Manager (Account Manager)

What you'll do

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted adviser for assigned clients
• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Meet revenue and client retention targets
• Resolve client issues and gather regular client feedback

What you need

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years as a Client Service or Account Manager in manufacturing or a large consulting firm
• Proven record of growing revenue from existing accounts
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
