Content Marketing Specialist

What you'll do

• Create graphics, carousels, social posts and ad creative in line with the company's visual identity
• Write captions, ad copy, blog articles, email copy and calls to action for prospective employer clients
• Edit short-form videos and repurposed leadership footage for organic and paid use
• Support monthly content calendars, creative briefs and campaign testing with the growth marketing lead
• Research timely HR, hiring and workforce topics to suggest content ideas
• Maintain a reusable library of templates and organised content assets

What you need

• 3+ years in content marketing, social media content, graphic design or a comparable creative role
• Experience creating B2B or professional-audience content; HR, staffing or consulting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or Descript
• Strong organisation and project-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote setting
