CRM Analyst

This fully remote role is for a data-minded CRM professional who enjoys turning customer and billing data into practical improvements. The work centres on CRM platforms, recurring billing, retention and payment performance, and it involves regular reporting alongside teams in development, marketing, customer service and fulfilment. The organisation runs customer-facing campaigns and subscription-style billing, so the role suits someone comfortable with spreadsheets, performance monitoring and working independently across several priorities.

What you'll do

• Manage CRM platforms, workflows and billing processes
• Analyse customer, campaign, publisher and billing data to spot trends and performance gaps
• Monitor retention, recurring billing, rebill performance, payment approval rates and average order value
• Prepare daily performance reports with data-driven recommendations
• Investigate performance anomalies, failed transactions and CRM workflow issues
• Configure and optimise CRM billing flows, campaign setups and pricing models

What you need

• Extensive hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally in CRM operations, billing or CRM analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and other analytical tools highly desirable
• Experience with CRM and billing platforms such as Konnektive, Limelight or similar
• Understanding of customer retention, recurring billing, campaign performance and payment gateway operations
• Strong attention to detail, reporting and communication skills
