A fully remote, full-time recruitment role supporting the hiring of customer service and call centre staff for international teams. What you'll do

• Source and screen candidates at volume for customer service and call centre vacancies
• Build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple international countries and regions
• Track recruitment performance, candidate retention metrics and hiring timelines
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Collaborate with People Operations on hiring needs

What you need

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple regions
• Ability to track recruitment performance and retention metrics
• Experience managing applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with People Operations
