Customer Service Representative - Temporary (Remote, Canada)

This is a temporary remote customer service position supporting an education scholarship program. You will handle inbound calls from families and schools, helping them with student questions, scholarship applications and funding status. The goal is to make sure callers leave with their questions answered and students properly registered. Equipment is provided by the employer.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls from families and schools about the scholarship program
• Explain application steps and funding status clearly and accurately
• Record caller details and student registration information correctly
• Resolve questions on the spot or escalate them to the right team
• Keep call notes and records organized across a busy shift

What you need

• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good multitasking ability and a drive to solve problems and meet goals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Prior customer service experience
• Reliable, hard-wired internet connection
• A quiet, distraction-free and secure home workspace
• Must be based in Canada
