What you'll do
- Be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for members with questions or issues about bookings, accounts, refunds and similar requests
- Respond to urgent requests from on-site trainers when they come in
- Keep the brand's warm, helpful tone consistent in every reply, including with frustrated customers
- Make sensible decisions independently and escalate only when needed
What you need
- Excellent written English
- Strong empathy and people skills, with the ability to read tone and respond warmly
- Good judgment and comfort working independently
- Reliability and a sense of ownership in a small team
- Availability for early mornings, weekday evenings and/or weekends
- Residence in Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria or South Africa
- German is a plus but not required
Applicants must be based in: Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Rwanda, Uganda.
