Data Associate

This is a remote role supporting learning programmes in areas such as data analysis, business analysis, data science, project management, DevOps, cybersecurity, product design and analytics. It sits within a learning operations team at an education-focused organisation that helps participants stay engaged and move steadily through their training. The role suits people with two to three years of experience who enjoy organised administrative work, supporting learners, and working with data and progress tracking in an online setting.

What you'll do

• Support learner engagement so participants stay on track with their training
• Help participants reach key learning milestones
• Assist with project coordination within a chosen programme specialisation
• Support grading and assessment activities
• Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks for the learning programme

What you need

• Around 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Comfortable working remotely
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Interest in one of the listed specialisations
