Digital Product Designer

A remote-first software company building tools for software escrow, supporting businesses in managing third-party risk. The team is small and fast-moving, with a startup mindset and a focus on a healthy, resilient way of working. This role suits a mid-level designer who enjoys turning customer needs into clear user journeys and polished interfaces, and who likes working closely with product and creative colleagues to shape a growing app.

What you'll do

• Turn customer needs into user journeys and intuitive, attractive interfaces
• Research, design and prototype new user experiences with the product and creative leads
• Develop scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for screens and flows
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for the development team
• Present designs and deliverables clearly to peers and senior leaders

What you need

• Proficient copywriting skills in English
• Strong understanding of colour theory and typography
• Experience analysing user journeys
• Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Access to a Mac and proficiency in Figma (or willingness to work in it)
